Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Truffle Slicer A1723000 is a stainless steel mandoline with a waved blade for cutting fresh truffles into thin, even shavings over pasta, risotto and other dishes in professional kitchens. The olive wood handle is fitted on one side of the blade, and the waved edge helps each shaving release cleanly from the steel.

Every slicer is made with a solid wood handle, and because wood is a natural material, the grain and shade of each piece vary slightly, so no two handles look exactly alike. The handle wood is olive (Olea europaea) grown in Italy.
