Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Tenderizer A1336000 is a hand-held meat tenderizer with 34 stainless steel blades set in a plastic body, used to break down muscle fibres and connective tissue in cuts of meat before cooking so they cook faster and stay tender.

The blade head is fitted with a plastic guard, so the blades are covered and protected when the tool is not in use, and it is easy to store safely between jobs in a butcher shop or kitchen.
