Description

The Turning Hook A1328220 from Ambrogio Sanelli is a stainless steel meat hook measuring 220 x 9 mm, with a swivelling head that lets a hung carcass or joint turn freely on a rail in a cold store or butcher's shop.

The stainless steel body resists corrosion in a chilled, washdown environment. It is part of Ambrogio Sanelli's range of butchery accessories, professional tool makers since 1864.

The same model is also made in 220 x 9 mm, 240 x 10 mm and 280 x 12 mm sizes, so a cold store can match the hook to the weight of the carcass or joint being hung.
