Description

The Stainless Steel Tenderizer A1320010 from Ambrogio Sanelli is a solid stainless steel meat mallet weighing 1 kg, used to flatten and tenderize cuts of meat by hand in a butcher's shop or professional kitchen.

The one-piece stainless steel head and handle are easy to clean and resist corrosion from repeated contact with meat. It is part of Ambrogio Sanelli's range of butchery accessories, professional tool makers since 1864.

The same model is also made in 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 kg weights, so a kitchen can match the mallet to the cut of meat and the force needed.
