Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Spare Blades A1982100 are a pair of replacement sharpening bars for the Sharp'Easy professional knife sharpener. Fitting a fresh pair restores a worn sharpener to full cutting performance, for kitchens and butcher shops that sharpen their own knives in house.

The bars are steel with a layer of chrome, which is what gives the Sharp'Easy its durability, and they are designed to be changed easily, without springs, when the edge finally wears down. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools in this range since 1864.
