Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Spare Blade A1312050 is a stainless steel replacement blade, 50 cm (19¾″) long, made for the flip-lever bone saw range, such as the A1302 and A1306 models. It lets a butcher shop or meat-processing room refit a quick-change saw with a fresh blade, without tools.

The quick-change, flip-lever mechanism releases and holds the blade without tools, so it can be swapped when the original wears out or breaks. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools in this range since 1864.
