Description

The A1341222 is a stainless steel meat-mincer plate for No. 22 meat mincers, with a fixed 2 mm hole diameter. It gives a finer mince than the standard A1341022 plate, which Sanelli supplies with hole sizes on request from 4.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 mm, and it is used for finely minced or emulsified products.

The plate is stainless steel and uses the enterprise system with a hub fitting, the mounting standard for this mincer head, so it fits directly in place of the machine's original plate without modification.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools since 1864. For the No. 22 head, Sanelli also lists a 3.5 mm version, A1341223; the standard hole-size range in A1341022; a 3-hole coarse-grind plate, A1340022; and a matching mincer knife, A1342022.
