Description

The A1341032 is a stainless steel meat-mincer plate for No. 32 meat mincers, made to the enterprise system with a hub fitting. Sanelli lists it with hole diameters from 4.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 mm, so a butchery or catering kitchen can order the hole size that matches the mince they need, from a fine emulsion to a coarse grind.

The plate is stainless steel, and the enterprise-system hub fitting is the mounting standard for this mincer head, so it fits directly in place of the machine's original plate without modification.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools since 1864. For the No. 32 head, Sanelli also lists fixed-diameter versions at 2 mm (A1341322) and 3.5 mm (A1341323) for finer mincing than the standard range; a 3-hole coarse-grind plate, A1340032; and a matching mincer knife, A1342032.
