Description

The A1342008 is a stainless steel meat-mincer knife for No. 8 meat mincers. It is the rotating cross blade that turns against the mincer's plate to cut the meat as it is fed through, and it is a wear part that a butchery or catering kitchen replaces to keep the mince clean and the machine running efficiently.

The knife is stainless steel and uses the enterprise system, the fitting standard for this mincer head, so it fits directly in place of the machine's original knife without modification.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools since 1864. For the No. 8 head, Sanelli also lists a multi-hole plate, A1341008, with sizes on request from 4.5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm, to pair with this knife.
