The Sanelli Ambrogio Horizontal Peeler A1437000 has a 90 mm straight stainless steel blade set across the body rather than along it, covering more of the vegetable's surface per stroke than a narrow peeler. It suits potatoes, carrots and other root vegetables prepared in volume.
