Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Fishbone Tweezers A1160000 are a 13.5 cm stainless steel tool for pulling pin bones out of fish fillets before cooking or plating. Fishmongers, chefs and prep cooks use them to clean fillets of salmon, trout and similar fish without tearing the flesh.

The tweezers are built in one piece of stainless steel, so they can be cleaned and sterilised alongside other kitchen tools without a separate handle material to wear out or trap moisture.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting and kitchen tools in Italy since 1864. A diagonal-tip version of the same fishbone tweezers is also available (A1161000).
