Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Antiheat MTZ 250 Protective Glove A1835000 is a heat-resistant work glove for handling hot equipment and hot food-contact surfaces in professional kitchens and butcheries. It is made from Brinix A1MTZ, a double-loop 100% cotton fabric, and any object at 250 degrees C can be held through the glove for at least 15 seconds. It is sold as a pair.

The glove meets the highest figures of EN 388:2016 for mechanical risks: abrasion resistance class 2 (out of a maximum of 4), cut resistance class 4 (out of 5), tear resistance class 4 (out of 4) and a TDM cut-test result of class B, equivalent to at least 9.2 newtons. It also carries an EN 407:2004 class 2 rating for 100 degrees C contact heat.
