Description

The Maxima saladette is a floor-standing preparation unit for catering kitchens making salads and sandwiches: 3 stainless steel cupboard doors, each with an adjustable shelf, sit below a plastic cutting board on top. It has a capacity of 400 litres and is suitable for Gastronorm containers, which are ordered separately. A digital temperature controller (Dixell) sets the cabinet between 0 and 10°C, with a cooling cycle to reduce ice formation.

Connection 230 V, 0.23 kW, refrigerant R290. External dimensions 1365 x 700 x 880 mm, internal dimensions 1295 x 595 x 500 mm, net weight 104 kg. It is supplied with 3 x 53 cm and 4 x 17.6 cm cross bars, 3 grids with guides 53 x 33.5 cm. The tabletop saladette and the other cupboard size can be selected above.
