The Dupont square salad dish is a 180 × 180 × 80 mm PMMA presentation dish designed for use inside refrigerated meat and cookery display cabinets, where its conical, tapered form promotes stable stacking and unobstructed cold-air circulation around the product.
Made from high-gloss, scratch-resistant acrylic in RAL 7021 black, the dish is BPA-free and certified food-grade to European guidelines — making it a reliable choice for butcher counters, deli displays, and supermarket fresh-food cabinets that demand both hygiene compliance and visual impact. It tolerates temperatures from -20 °C to 70 °C and is fully dishwasher-safe for fast back-of-house turnaround.
At just 0.3 kg, the dish is light enough for frequent repositioning on the counter and robust enough for daily professional use. It is not suitable for microwave or bain-marie applications. Ideal for retailers, hotel buffets, and HoReCa operators looking to present chilled preparations cleanly and consistently.
