The Robot Coupe 27164W Rostis Potatoes Grating Disc is a fine-grating disc for Robot Coupe food processors, designed to produce thin rösti-style potato galettes. With a 190 mm grating surface and a Mineral+ coating, the disc delivers consistent, fine shreds and is dishwasher safe — keeping prep time and cleaning time both low during busy service.
Compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe CL and R-series machines — including the CL50, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R602, R652 and R752 — it slots into kitchens that already run Robot Coupe equipment without any additional adapters. Ideal for restaurant and hotel kitchens that feature potato galettes, hash browns or similar fine-grated potato dishes on the menu. For a coarser, chunky Swiss rösti result, Robot Coupe recommends disc ref 28059W instead.
