Description
The Roller Grill CDE 35G is a double gas crepe maker with two 350 mm enamelled cast-iron plates, designed for high-volume crêpe production in restaurants, hotels, creperies and catering operations. Each plate is heated by its own star-shaped 8-arm burner with piezo ignition, and controlled independently via a dedicated thermostat — so both plates can run at different temperatures simultaneously.
Built on a stainless steel chassis with an integrated drip recess, the CDE 35G ships ready for LPG (butane/propane) and includes a natural gas injector set for easy on-site conversion. Safety is covered by a thermocouple flame-failure device and an overheating/gas-leakage thermostat on each burner. A wooden T-spreader (rozell) is included to get service started straight out of the box.
