Description
The Roller Grill RFG 12 is a countertop single-tank gas deep fryer for professional kitchens, delivering 8 kW through a double ramp of radiant burners beneath a 12-litre stainless steel tank. Made in France, it is built for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations that need reliable, high-output frying in a compact 400 mm-wide footprint.
Control is straightforward: piezo ignition, a pilot light and a thermostatic tap keep oil temperature in check, while the stainless steel drain tap with safety lock makes oil changes fast and safe. The multi-level basket system drains excess oil efficiently, and the basket-holder doubles as a frying grid, letting you cook large pieces — whole fish, for example — directly without a basket.
Maintenance is equally practical: the hinged control panel swings open for quick access to burner components, and a rear gas exhaust pipe simplifies installation. An optional stainless steel cabinet (MS-RFG 12, sold separately) with magnetic-closure doors and height-adjustable feet converts the unit into a free-standing floor fryer compliant with CE/UL/NSF requirements.
