Description
Description
The Roller Grill RBG 30 is a high-capacity gas rotisserie chicken grill for market caterers, supermarkets, roasters and front-of-house display cooking, capable of turning up to 30 standard chickens — or 20 large free-range birds — across five independently driven spits. Running on 38 kW of gas, it ships LPG-ready with a natural gas conversion kit included, so it slots into virtually any commercial kitchen or market setup without additional parts.
Each spit is powered by its own ventilated motor and heated by a dedicated double infrared ceramic burner with a safety thermocouple, giving operators precise, zone-by-zone control over temperature and rotation speed. Five individual adjustment knobs — each with an idle/slow position — mean busy staff can manage a full load or a partial one without compromise. An internal electric light makes the unit equally effective as a heated display piece, drawing customers in during service. The large, fully removable juice-collecting tray keeps clean-down fast.
Optional accessories include the B3 clamp spit for wings, drumsticks and lamb chops, the B1 set of large-capacity spits, and the B2 spindle for oversized cuts — making the RBG 30 adaptable well beyond whole chickens. The TS5 wheeled stainless steel stand is available separately for mobile or counter-height deployment.
