Description
Description
The Roller Grill RBG 200 is a professional gas rotisserie for high-volume chicken and poultry production, running 5 spits across 5 infrared ceramic burners to cook up to 20 chickens per cycle — reaching operating temperature in just 2 minutes. Made in France, it suits rotisserie counters in restaurants, supermarkets, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need consistent, visible throughput throughout the day.
Five independent spit motors with per-burner temperature control give operators precise command over each cooking zone, while two fully opening safety-glass doors and halogen interior lighting keep the display appealing and service fast. The large removable juice-collecting tray simplifies cleaning, and the unit accepts both Natural Gas and LPG — specify at order. Optional accessories include a wheeled stand, a clamp spit for wings and drumsticks, and the English spit B3 for steaks and bone-in poultry pieces.
