Panoramic Rotisserie, 25 Chickens, 8.5 kW

The Roller Grill RBE 25 is an electric panoramic swing-basket rotisserie for high-volume chicken and poultry service, capable of cooking 25 whole birds across five swing baskets in approximately 80 minutes at full load. Drawing 8.5 kW at 400 V, it combines infrared quartz tubes radiating at 1,050 °C from above with Incoloy armoured heating elements below, delivering consistent, even browning across every basket position.

The four-sided glass panoramic cabinet with front and rear opening transforms the unit into a live display as much as a cooking appliance — ideal for rotisserie counters in supermarkets, hotel buffets, casual dining restaurants, and high-throughput catering operations. The five swing baskets handle whole birds, drumsticks, and wings, and the entire interior — baskets, rotating shaft, reflectors, and anti-wave juice collector tray — is fully removable for end-of-service cleaning.

The RBE 25 is compatible with the RE 2 ventilated heated display cabinet, the MS 4 stainless steel cabinet on castors, the TS2 mobile support table, and optional spit sets (B1, B2, B3) covering large cuts through to wings and lamb chops, making it a scalable centrepiece for any serious rotisserie station.
