The Roller Grill PSR 400 E is a professional electric griddle plate (plancha) for tabletop use, delivering 3 kW across a 400×400 mm polished decarbonised steel surface and reaching up to 300 °C in under 10 minutes. Manufactured in France, it suits cafés, restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need a compact, responsive flat-top for searing proteins, vegetables and snacks on a tight footprint.

The 10 mm plate is heated by a coil-shaped Incoloy element covering the entire surface for consistent, even results edge to edge. Temperature is dialled in via a thermostat knob with dual pilot lights — one for power, one confirming the set temperature has been reached — giving line cooks clear at-a-glance status during a busy service.

Cleanup is straightforward: the stainless steel drip tray pulls out fully and is dishwasher-safe, keeping downtime between services short. The stainless steel body handles the rigours of a commercial kitchen environment, and the unit runs on a standard 230 V supply with no special installation required.
