The Roller Grill PIW 30 is a professional single induction wok hob for restaurants, hotels, Asian-cuisine kitchens and catering operations requiring high-output wok cooking from a standard 230 V single-phase outlet. Its curved glass-ceramic induction bowl delivers 3 kW of power with energy efficiency above 95%, while the wok sits elevated 30–40 mm above the surface — replicating the airflow dynamics of a gas wok burner without an open flame.

Precision control is handled via a capacitive front panel offering 20 discrete power levels, a digital display, sound timer and automatic power cutoff — giving chefs repeatable, fine-grained heat management across a full service. The unit ships with a Ø 36 cm stainless steel wok pan included and is rated for up to 8 hours of continuous operation, with component longevity exceeding 15,000 hours. An internal fan with a removable filter keeps electronics cool even in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C.

Compact and countertop-portable, the PIW 30 plugs into a standard 13 A socket and requires no fixed installation — making it equally at home as a permanent station or a flexible pop-up cooking point. Designed and manufactured in France.
