The Roller Grill PIS 30 is a professional single-zone portable induction hob rated at 3 kW, designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and café kitchens that need reliable, flexible cooking power without a fixed installation. Made in France, it runs on a standard 230–240 V / 50 Hz supply and is rated for up to 8 hours of continuous operation, with component longevity exceeding 15,000 hours — making it a durable choice for high-frequency service environments.

Precision control is delivered through a capacitive touch panel with 20 discrete power levels and a digital display, giving chefs repeatable, fine-grained heat management across the 280 × 280 mm glass-ceramic cooking zone. The high-resistant 4 mm glass-ceramic plate tolerates ambient temperatures up to 50 °C and keeps a 30–40 mm sauté clearance above the surface. Forced-air cooling with a removable filter maintains performance during sustained service. Compatible cookware includes iron, cast iron, carbon steel and multilayer stainless steel; aluminium, copper and glass are not supported.
