The Roller Grill PID 30 is a double-zone countertop professional induction hob delivering 3 kW per zone (6 kW total) on a single 230 V supply, designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional kitchens that need reliable, high-output cooking in a compact footprint. Manufactured in France and now in its 8th generation of continuous development, it runs at over 95 % energy efficiency and is rated for 8 hours of uninterrupted full-power service without automatic shutdown.

Each 280 × 280 mm cooking zone accommodates pans up to 280 mm in diameter and supports loads up to 20 kg, while the 4 mm Schott glass-ceramic surface withstands temperatures to 700 °C. Power is adjusted across 20 levels via a capacitive touch panel with digital display, sound timer and automatic cut-off — giving chefs precise, repeatable control during a busy service. Forced ventilation with two removable filters keeps internal components cool, and component lifespan is rated at over 15,000 hours.

The PID 30 suits iron, cast iron, carbon steel and multilayer stainless steel cookware. Its countertop format fits buffet stations, live-cooking counters, pop-up kitchens and anywhere a permanent gas or electric range is impractical.
