The Roller Grill PIC 25 is a professional single-zone portable induction hob for countertop use, delivering 2.5 kW of induction power through a 4 mm high-resistance glass-ceramic surface rated stable up to 700 °C. Designed and manufactured in France, it handles continuous full-power service for up to 8 hours, operates in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C, and is built for component longevity exceeding 15,000 hours — making it a reliable workhorse for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and café kitchens where flexible, high-efficiency cooking is essential.

Precision is a clear design priority: 20 power levels with fine 25–50 W calibration steps give chefs granular control across the full range, while the dedicated "Special Chocolate" mode applies ultra-close calibration across the three lowest power levels for degree-precise tempering of chocolate, caramel, sugar work and delicate sauces. Energy efficiency exceeds 95%, and the capacitive touch front panel with digital display keeps operation fast and clean. Note that the PIC 25 requires ferromagnetic flat-bottomed cookware (iron, cast iron, carbon steel or multilayer stainless steel up to 28 cm diameter); aluminium, copper and glass pans are not compatible.
