Description
The Roller Grill PGD 700 is a countertop gas griddle plate for professional kitchens, delivering 6.4 kW across two independently controlled cooking zones on a smooth 365 × 545 mm enamelled steel surface. Made in France, it suits busy restaurants, hotel kitchens, cafés and snack-bar counters where compact footprint and rapid output matter — the plate reaches working temperature in 7–8 minutes.
The 10 mm thick enamelled plate retains heat evenly, while two star-shaped burners ensure uniform heat distribution across both zones. Dual piezo ignition and safety thermocouples with automatic gas cut-off keep daily operation straightforward and safe. The unit ships ready for LPG and includes a natural gas conversion kit, covering most installation scenarios without additional hardware.
A front-loading, fully removable stainless steel drip tray simplifies end-of-service cleaning — it is dishwasher-safe. The stainless steel casing and adjustable feet complete a build suited to demanding countertop use in any professional HoReCa environment.
