The Roller Grill HD 800 is a ventilated heated display showcase for countertop use, designed to hold and present hot food at temperatures between 20 °C and 90 °C with electronic thermostat precision of ±1 °C. Forced-air circulation via an Incoloy resistance element with thermo-ventilator ensures even heat distribution across both levels, while the built-in removable water tray maintains moisture — keeping meat-based snacks at a guaranteed minimum of 72 °C for safe, food-compliant service.

Drawing 3.0 kW on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply, the HD 800 suits busy grab-and-go counters, hotel buffets, bakeries, and stadium or event catering where high-volume hot display is essential. The lower stainless-steel level accepts two GN 1/1 containers up to 150 mm deep, while two tempered glass shelves above provide clear, white LED-lit product visibility through panoramic glazed sides, front, and rear sliding double-glazed doors.

The stainless steel body is available in stainless steel, white, or black finish to match any front-of-house aesthetic, and all internal components — doors, glass shelves, lower level, and water tray — are fully removable for fast end-of-day cleaning.
