Description
The Roller Grill HD 1200 is a ventilated heated display showcase for caterers, bakeries, cafés and snack-bar operators who need to hold hot food at serving temperature — pizzas, quiches, pastries, meatballs, fondues and similar grab-and-go items. Forced-air convection via an Incoloy resistance element with thermo-ventilator circulates heat evenly across both glass shelves and the lower stainless-steel GN 1/1 level, while an electronic thermostat maintains temperature anywhere between 20 °C and 90 °C with ±1 °C precision.
The panoramic double-glazed construction — insulated on sides and sliding doors — keeps heat in and lets customers see the full 1 045 × 490 mm shelf surface without opening the unit. Built-in LED lighting and a removable humidity tray help maintain product appearance throughout the service period. The stainless-steel and glass body is available in white or black to suit your front-of-house aesthetic.
