Description
The Roller Grill GES 75 is a professional electric waffle iron with a single round cast iron mould, designed for continuous service in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and catering operations. Drawing 1.6 kW at 230 V, it reaches a recommended baking temperature of 230 °C and turns out a fully divided, 185 mm round waffle in approximately two and a half minutes — fast enough for high-volume à la carte and buffet service.
The cast iron cooking plates retain heat evenly and withstand the full 0–300 °C thermostat range, while the commutator-thermostat with built-in timer takes the guesswork out of consistent results across shifts. A patented removable stainless steel drip tray surrounds the mould to recover excess batter, keeping the station clean and reducing waste. The unit handles fresh home-made batter as well as pre-cooked and deep-frozen batter, giving kitchen teams genuine flexibility in prep and service formats.
Manufactured in France and built into a stainless steel body compact enough for any countertop, the GES 75 ships with a wire brush, timer, and waffle fork — everything needed to start production immediately.
