The Roller Grill FM 4 is a professional electric cold smoker for commercial kitchens, delivering two full GN 1/1 levels of smoking capacity from a compact countertop footprint. Drawing just 0.25 kW, it uses automatic sawdust ignition and a built-in timer to cold-smoke fish, meat and charcuterie with consistent, controlled results — no open flame, no constant supervision. A single ash pan load supports up to three hours of continuous smoking on 100% natural beech sawdust, making it practical for high-volume service cycles.

Built entirely in stainless steel and manufactured in France, the FM 4 suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, delicatessens and catering operations that want to add in-house cold smoking without dedicated extraction infrastructure.
