Description

The Roller Grill FM 3 is a professional electric cold smoker designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and delicatessen kitchens that want to smoke fish, meat or charcuterie in-house. Built in France from stainless steel, it draws just 0.25 kW and runs on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, making it easy to integrate into any professional kitchen without dedicated electrical infrastructure.

The FM 3 operates exclusively as a cold smoker, using 100% natural beech wood sawdust — a refill bag is included. A built-in timer and automatic ignition handle the smoking cycle with minimal intervention, and a single fill of the ash pan delivers approximately 3 hours of continuous smoking across the 800 × 400 mm cooking grid. The ventilated control box keeps the process consistent and controllable throughout the run.

At 1000 mm wide and just 200 mm tall, the FM 3 fits neatly on a counter or preparation surface, and its 18 kg weight means it can be repositioned as service demands change. A practical choice for chefs who want reliable, repeatable cold-smoke results without a large footprint or complex installation.
