The Roller Grill FM 2 is a professional electric cold smoker for commercial kitchens, delivering authentic cold-smoke results from a compact, countertop-format stainless steel unit drawing just 0.25 kW. Its integrated mechanical timer with automatic ignition pin keeps operation straightforward — load the tray with natural beech or oak sawdust, set the timer, and the unit handles ignition without manual intervention.
A full 1/1 GN cooking grid gives chefs a generous smoking surface suited to fish, charcuterie, cheeses, vegetables and plated garnishes. The FM 2 is well matched to restaurant kitchens, hotel buffet operations, bistros and catering teams that need reliable, repeatable cold-smoke flavour without a dedicated smokehouse. Manufactured in France, the unit ships with a cooking grid, heating element pin, timer and a supply of 100% natural beech sawdust ready for first use.
