The Roller Grill ELR 4 is a professional electric boiling top for commercial kitchens, delivering 4 kW across two independent cast-iron burners at 400 V. Compact at 600 × 400 mm and weighing just 10 kg, it sits comfortably on any countertop — making it a practical solution for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and café prep stations that need reliable supplementary cooking power without a fixed installation.
Each 230 mm cast-iron burner is controlled by its own 7-position rotary commutator with an orange pilot light, so chefs can set precise heat levels independently and know at a glance which zone is live. The stainless steel body is built for daily commercial use, and CE certification confirms it meets European safety standards. Made in France by Roller Grill, the ELR 4 is a straightforward, durable workhorse for any operation that demands dependable boiling capacity in a small footprint.
