The Roller Grill ELR 3 is a countertop electric double hotplate designed for professional kitchens, delivering a combined 3 kW across two independent cast-iron burners — each rated at 1,500 W and 180 mm in diameter. Made in France with a stainless steel body, it runs on standard 220–240 V single-phase supply, making it straightforward to deploy wherever a spare socket is available.
Each burner is controlled by its own rotary commutator with seven heat positions, giving chefs precise, repeatable control for simmering through to rapid boiling. An orange pilot light per burner confirms at a glance that the plate is live — a practical safety detail for busy service. The compact footprint suits prep areas, buffet stations, satellite kitchens and catering setups where space and simplicity matter equally.
