Description
The Roller Grill ELR 2 is a countertop electric boiling top for cooking, reheating, and temperature-holding, delivering 2.0 kW through a 230 mm cast-iron plate. Built in France and clad entirely in stainless steel, it is a compact, robust single-burner unit designed for professional use in restaurants, food trucks, and kiosks where counter space is limited.
Control is straightforward: a 7-position rotary commutator lets kitchen staff dial in precise heat levels, while an orange pilot light confirms at a glance that the unit is live. At just 6 kg and 350 mm wide, the ELR 2 is easy to reposition on the pass or pack for mobile operations, and built-in ventilation openings keep the unit running safely during extended service.
