Description

The Roller Grill CFG 400 is a professional gas crepe maker with a single 400 mm enamelled cast-iron plate, designed for high-volume crêpe production in restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations. Running on gas with piezo ignition, it reaches up to 220 °C and can turn out around 60 crêpes per hour — solid throughput for a busy service counter or live-cooking station.

The eight-arm star-shaped burner sits fixed beneath the plate, distributing heat evenly across the full cooking surface for consistent results crêpe after crêpe. Safety is handled by a thermocouple that cuts the gas automatically on malfunction or leakage, plus a regulating button with an idle position for low-demand periods. The unit ships configured for LPG (butane/propane) and includes a set of natural gas injectors, so it adapts to your existing supply without additional purchases.

Compact and countertop-ready, the CFG 400 can also be built flush into a worktop for a cleaner front-of-house setup. A wooden T-spreader is included so your team can start serving immediately.
