Description

The Roller Grill BMP 11 is a tabletop wet-well electric bain-marie for keeping hot food at serving temperature in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. Running on a 1.75 kW double heating element submerged in a water bath, it holds a single GN 1/1 container — up to 150 mm deep — and maintains water temperature anywhere between 30 °C and 90 °C via a mechanical switch-thermostat. Reinforced insulation keeps heat loss minimal during a full service shift.

Built entirely from stainless steel with a stamped tank, the BMP 11 is straightforward to operate and clean: a front-mounted safety drain tap empties the water bath without moving the unit, and the automatic-reset temperature limiter with indicator lamp keeps the operator informed at a glance. At 12 kg and a compact 320 × 580 × 260 mm footprint, it fits comfortably on a buffet counter or service line where space is limited but reliable food-holding is non-negotiable.
