The Roller Grill BM 23 is a tabletop wet-heat electric bain-marie for GN 2/3 containers, designed to hold hot food safely and consistently during service. Running on a 1.70 kW resistance heating element and a water-bath system, it maintains temperatures across a 30–90 °C range — precise enough for delicate sauces and robust enough for soups and stews.

Built entirely in stainless steel with reinforced insulation, the BM 23 is a practical countertop unit for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and buffet lines where space is limited but holding capacity matters. The switch-thermostat with adjustable power, automatic-reset temperature limiter and indicator lamp give kitchen teams straightforward, reliable control during busy service periods. Note that GN containers are not included and must be sourced separately.
