The Roller Grill 140 D is a double electric lava stone grill for countertop use, delivering 5.0 kW of total power across two fully independent heating zones. Volcanic refractory stones absorb and radiate heat evenly, producing the characteristic charred flavour and sear marks of traditional lava-stone cooking — without open flame or gas supply.

Each zone is controlled separately via a 10-position energy regulator with an indicator light, giving kitchen teams precise, repeatable heat management during service. The stainless steel anti-splash fireguard surround keeps the workstation clean, while the enamelled cooking tray, lava rocks, and electrical box are all fully removable for fast end-of-service cleaning — the rocks are even dishwasher-safe. At 15 kg and countertop-mounted, the 140 D fits easily into à la carte restaurants, hotel kitchens, tapas bars, and catering operations where authentic grilled results and low maintenance are priorities.
