This transparent roll-top lid is sized for a GN 1/1 pan, measuring 535 × 330mm with a 135mm height.

A roll-top design lets staff slide the cover back to access the pan without lifting and setting aside a separate lid, which is useful on a busy buffet or cold-food line.
