Description
The Robot Coupe J 80 Ultra is an automatic centrifugal juice extractor with pulp ejection, designed for high-volume fresh juice service in restaurants, hotels, juice bars and catering operations. Running at 3000 RPM via an induction direct drive motor, it delivers up to 120 litres of juice per hour through a wide 79 mm feed tube that accepts whole fruits and vegetables with minimal pre-cutting.
A 6.5-litre pulp container handles up to 135 glasses before emptying is needed, keeping service flowing during peak periods. The 155 mm spout clearance accommodates standard pitchers and glasses, while all product-contact components — bowl, basket, grating disc and filter — are stainless steel for durability and hygiene compliance. A magnetic safety device and motor brake ensure operator safety on the countertop footprint.
