The Robot Coupe J 100 Ultra is an automatic centrifugal juice extractor for intensive commercial use, delivering up to 160 litres of fresh juice per hour from a compact countertop footprint. Powered by a 1.0 kW induction direct-drive motor running at 3000 rpm, it handles continuous service in juice bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets without heat build-up, preserving vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants in every glass.

The patented large-capacity feed tube — approximately 76 mm in diameter — accepts whole fruits and vegetables without a pusher, keeping throughput high and prep time low. A stainless steel reinforced 2.5 mm grating disc and stainless steel filter basket are both tool-free to remove via the two-handled basket design, while continuous pulp ejection — via the included chute or the 7.2 L translucent pulp container — keeps the machine running between cleans. A 256 mm clearance under the no-splash spout accommodates standard jugs and cups.

Built with a stainless steel bowl and motor unit for durability in demanding kitchen environments, the J 100 Ultra ships complete with ejection chute, pulp container, drip tray and grating disc — everything needed for immediate deployment.
