The Robot Coupe Ripple Cut Disc 5 mm (part no. 27070W) is an Expert-tier vegetable cutting disc for the Robot Coupe CL and R-series food processors, producing a 5 mm wavy, corrugated slice from vegetables, fruits, and potatoes. The distinctive ripple profile improves sauce adhesion and adds visual appeal to garnishes, gratins, and plated sides — making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, and high-volume catering operations.
The 190 mm disc fits the full range of CL50, CL50 Ultra, CL50 Gourmet, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702, and R752 V.V. machines, so it slots directly into an existing Robot Coupe setup without adapters. Operators replacing an older unit should note that 27070W supersedes the legacy reference 27070.
