The Robot Coupe 27069W is a ripple cut slicing disc from the Expert line, designed for the CL and R series food processors, producing decorative wavy slices at a precise 3 mm (1/8 in) thickness. Made from mineral-treated stainless steel, the Expert disc delivers consistent, clean cuts while resisting corrosion and wear under heavy daily use.
Ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and deli counters that need to add visual appeal to salads, gratins, and garnishes without sacrificing throughput. The disc is compatible with a wide range of Robot Coupe machines — including the CL 50, CL 52, CL 55, CL 60, R 502 and R 752 lines — and is dishwasher safe for fast turnaround between services.
