Description
Built to speed up service in high-volume kitchens, this 832L roll-in cooler takes a gastronorm trolley straight inside rather than needing dishes loaded shelf by shelf, holding +2/+10°C behind 2 hinged solid doors. Each compartment fits a 1 x GN2/1, 1 x 600x400mm or 2 x GN1/1 20-tray trolley (trolley sold separately).
Durable SS304 stainless steel construction and ventilated cooling stand up to constant use, a digital controller keeps the set point on display, and automatic defrost keeps upkeep light. Climate class 5 keeps it performing reliably in a hot kitchen or a marquee, which is why bakeries and event caterers rely on the range as much as restaurant kitchens do.
