Description
The Lainox Speedy Grill is a GN 1/1 accessory grid for combi ovens, designed for grilling meats, fish, crustaceans, and vegetables — including whole butterflied chickens and different cuts and weights — directly inside compatible Lainox combi ovens. Built from Lainox's proprietary HTC3 (High Thermical Conducibility) material with a triple-layer non-stick coating, it delivers simultaneous double-sided grilling results that would otherwise require a contact grill or separate equipment.
The extra-thick ribs and adjustable construction accommodate different food thicknesses without changing equipment, and the grid's short-side insertion orientation fits the standard GN 1/1 oven cavity. Compared to classic grills, the Speedy Grill cuts cooking time by up to 25% and reduces energy consumption by up to 20% — a measurable advantage for high-volume restaurant, hotel, and catering kitchens where throughput and utility costs both matter.
Compatible with Lainox combi oven models 071, 101, 072, 102, 171, 201, and 202, making it a straightforward addition for operations already running Lainox equipment.
