Description

This rectangular waste container opens with a foot pedal, so staff don't need to touch the lid with their hands, useful for hygiene in a working kitchen. It's moulded in grey plastic and comes in two sizes: 68 litres and 87 litres.

A well-fitting lid helps contain odours between empties, which matters in back-of-house areas that aren't emptied every hour.
