The QualityFry iQ 620 Basic Carrousel is a smokeless, ventless automatic deep fryer with a carrousel loading system, delivering up to 13 kg of fried product per hour from a compact 670 × 457 mm footprint — no extraction hood required. Its automatic carrousel cycles raw portions through four hopper zones into two simultaneous cooking zones, keeping output steady without constant operator attention. The 5-inch touchscreen stores 8 pre-set programs, and at just 3.5 kW on a standard 230 V supply the unit is practical for tight service counters in restaurants, hotel kitchens, fast-casual outlets, and cafés.

Ventless operation is independently verified by SGS Laboratories: a condensation barrel, metal pre-filter, and cylindrical activated-carbon filter handle all exhaust internally, venting clean air from the top of the unit. The carbon filter is rated for at least 12 months before replacement at roughly 150 portions per day — a low-maintenance interval for a busy site. QualityFry's ECOFRY technology claims 24% lower energy use and up to 37% less oil consumption compared with conventional fryers, reducing both running costs and oil disposal frequency.

Portions of 250–600 g load into a 2.5 kg hopper, making the iQ 620 Basic Carrousel equally suited to a high-volume snack bar pushing chips all day or a hotel buffet needing consistent, hands-off frying during peak service. The unit ships with a 1-year parts warranty from date of purchase.
