The QualityFry iQ 605 Basic Gourmet is a professional ventless (smokeless) deep fryer for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations that lack a hood or dedicated extraction duct. Running on a single 3.5 kW, 230 V supply, it delivers up to 10 kg of fried product per hour across two simultaneous cooking zones, making it a practical high-output solution in a compact footprint.

A built-in multi-stage filtration system — vapour condensation coil, condensate storage, air filter and activated carbon filter — eliminates the need for external ventilation, so the unit can be placed on any counter or service line with just 300 mm clearance above and 150 mm on each side. QualityFry's EcoFry technology reduces oil consumption by up to 37% and energy use by up to 24% compared with conventional fryers, lowering both running costs and oil disposal frequency.

Operation is handled through a 5-inch touchscreen with eight pre-set cooking programmes, reducing training time and ensuring consistent results for variable portion sizes. The iQ 605 Basic Gourmet suits fast-casual restaurants, hotel kitchens, stadium concessions and any venue where installing extraction infrastructure is impractical or cost-prohibitive.
