Description
Built in SS304 stainless steel, this 368L pizza prep counter carries a granite worktop that stays naturally cool, so dough is easier to shape and less likely to stick while you work. This version stands 1011 mm high, a shade lower than its same-capacity sibling. 3 hinged solid doors open onto 3 wire shelves white of GN1/1 cabinet storage underneath, and the range can also be custom-ordered with drawers in place of doors.
Fan assisted cooling holds the cabinet at +2/+10°C under electronic control, and automatic defrost keeps performance steady without attention. 4 adjustable feet let it stand level on the kitchen floor, and it runs at 175 W, 1150 kWh a year (energy class C).
